Helena Kean-ong's artworks

"I am a third-year Bachelor of Fine Arts student at RMIT University. My practice is rooted in oil painting, where I explore themes of childhood memories, family, and the passage of time. Drawing inspiration from personal experiences and photographs, my work reflects on the emotional depth of family connections and the fragility of memory. Through layered compositions and subtle detail, I aim to evoke a sense of nostalgia and introspection, inviting viewers to connect with their own recollections and relationships. My paintings serve as both a tribute and a reflection on the moments that shape us."
