Terms and Conditions

The Kindness Collection

By participating in The Kindness Collection, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility:
  • You must be the rightful owner of the artwork you submit and have full rights to sell it.
  • The artwork must be original and created by you.
  • Artist must submit a high-quality and clear image of the artwork.
  1. Entry Fee:
  • A non-refundable entry fee of $10 is required to join the Kindness Collection.
  • The $10 entry fee is to be issued as an invoice to artist after the artists work has been accepted
  • The $10 entry fee applies to each artwork, not each artist.
  • The $10 fee is donated to Arts Project Australia, a charity supporting artists with intellectual disabilities.
  1. Commission:
  • A 30% commission will be taken from the sale price of each artwork.
  • The remaining 70% will be paid to the artist once the sale is confirmed.
  1. Shipping:
  • The artist is responsible for shipping the artwork to the buyer once it has sold.
  • For artworks that sell for over $200, Page One Gallery will provide a $30 incentive to assist with the shipping. Note: Page One Gallery is not obligated to provide additional incentives for larger artworks.
  • If the artwork sells for under $200, the artist is responsible for the cost of shipping.
  1. Virtual Gallery and Auction:
  • By joining, your artwork will be displayed in the virtual gallery and included in our online auction.
  • The duration of the consignment will depend on the length of the current gallery exhibition.
  1. Artwork Responsibility:
  • You are responsible for ensuring your artwork is shipped within 5 business days after the sale is confirmed.
  • Artwork must remain at your premises until sold and shipped to the buyer.
  1. Payments:
  • Payments will be made to the artist via bank transfer or PayPal within 30 days after the sale.
  • Payments are based on the final sale price + shipping incentive, minus the 30% commission.
  1. Rights and Permissions:
  • By participating in The Kindness Collection, you grant us permission to use your artwork images for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and marketing materials.
  • We will credit you as the artist whenever your artwork is used for promotion.
  1. Termination:
  • We reserve the right to remove any artwork from the virtual gallery if it violates our guidelines or for any other reason.
  • If an artist wishes to withdraw their artwork, they must notify us in writing and no refund will be issued for the $10 entry fee.
  1. Liability:
  • Page One Gallery is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of artwork during shipping or handling.
  • Artists are encouraged to insure their artwork during transit.
  1. Changes to Terms:


  • We reserve the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time. Artists will be notified of any significant changes.
